Luck Is When Preparation Meets Opportunity!

I think I'm a good person, and I think you are a good person, so I think it's only fair that we deserve some good luck, don't you? I know we all want to be good people and to be lucky, but sadly being a good person usually has very little to do with good luck.

Extraordinary people know something that ordinary people don't.

They understand that luck really comes more from Preparation meeting Opportunity than just being a good person.
You see, in this world, if you hope to become anything special you can't sit back as just a good person and hope that luck finds you. Rather, you need to create your own luck. If you out-work your competition then eventually you'll feel lucky, and then get lucky.

However, for most of us, the big question is: Will you be Prepared enough to walk through that door of Opportunity and fully seize the moment when it finally presents itself? Some of you will! But, unfortunately, some of you won't.

I know, you teens reading this success/leadership article are all saying, "Yeah! I'm going to be lucky enough!" However, to tell you the truth, only a few of you will be lucky enough. Only a few of you will actually do the work that is necessary to thoroughly Prepare yourself beyond just talking about it. And when Opportunity does knock, most of you talkers won't be ready, and most of you talkers but not walkers will end up once again being unlucky.
So as I said earlier, when Opportunity knocks, some of you will be ready and Prepared to become lucky, and some of you won't be ready and Prepared to become lucky.
Some of you will see the way.
And some of you will never see the error of your ways. I would love for all of you teens to prove me wrong.
I personally challenge every one of you to do the work that is necessary to be Prepared when Opportunity knocks so you too can be lucky and can be a winner in the game of life.
Go ahead! Go for it! Now teens, and even tweens, go learn, lead, and lay the way to a better world for all of us.
Change your paradigm of what luck really is. From now on you're no longer ordinary; luckily from now on you're extraordinary! In other words, from now on you are Prepared for an Opportunity.

And once again, thanks in advance for all that you do, and all that you will do.
